The Bamboo Dunes, located in the Southeast region of Zebonkia, are a beautiful landscape of vast desert with impressive sand mounds. Mysterious oases, surrounded by bamboo, often pop up temporarily and suddenly disappear without a trace.

The bamboo in these small, magical forests is capable of storing tons of water, which is important for the Zebonkies and Z-flora when going through seasonal droughts. Because of their solid stems, the bamboo is able to withstand the strength of occasional sandstorms. 

On one adventure, Charlie noticed a diamond shaped pattern in the sand, which led her to a pit filled with chewed bamboo leaves. These dunes are one of Charlie’s favorite places because of the endless stargazing opportunities during the cloudless nights.
