Return & Refund Policy

We’re a small herd with big hearts. Every Zebonky is packed with care and checked for maximum fluffiness before heading your way! Because we’re a tiny team, returns can be tricky. Please reach out to us first and let us know what is not working for you and we will see if we can make it better!!

ARE YOU ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN? 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Once you have uncrated a Zebonky, it’s hard to find them a new home. 

Products are eligible for a full refund if a return is initiated within 30 days of purchase.  Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. However, if you’d like to exchange instead, we are happy to pay for your return shipping. We want you to be paired with your Best Zebonky Friend! 

EXCHANGES

If you'd like to exchange your Zebonky instead of refunding it, we are happy to pay for return shipping! If you email us at support@zebonky.com, we will happily help you find your best Zebonky pal!

INJURIES OR ILLNESS (i.e damages or defects)

Please inspect your Zebonky Pal upon arrival and contact us immediately if they seem under the weather! We want to ensure your Zebonky is happy and healthy, so if you notice anything wrong, email us at support@zebonky.com and we will get to work making it right! 

Make sure you include your order number, and a picture and description of the injury. We will need these for our insurance claims with the carriers. 

REFUNDS

Once we’ve received your return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please reach back out to us at support@zebonky.com
