How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed and shipped within two business days of purchase. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it usually takes 3-7 business days to arrive at your door (depending on where you live). If it’s taking longer than expected, email us at support@zebonky.com and we’ll see if we can corral your wandering Zebonky to get them back on track!
Do you ship internationally?
Right now, Zebonkies only travel within the United States, but they’re dreaming of venturing elsewhere soon!
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico?
Zebonkies most certainly can travel to these magical destinations. It does, however, cost extra.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 within the United States.
Please note that additional shipping charges will apply for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
Also note, that if you wish for expedited shipping, additional charges will apply.
Can my Zebonky get here faster if I pay for expedited shipping?
Yes! We can definitely send your Zebonky Pal faster! However, any expedited shipping costs would be on the consumer. Even if you qualify for free shipping when you spend $75 or more, expedited shipping costs would be added to the final purchase price.
Can I track my Zebonky?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
What if my Zebonky didn’t arrive?
If a package shows that it was delivered to your shipping address from the carrier, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. We are not responsible for package deliveries affected by an invalid or old address provided at the time of purchase.
Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location. We will not process refunds or re-deliver once tracking shows delivery confirmation.
What if I want to cancel my order?
Due to our marketplace model we cannot guarantee any cancellations or changes once your order has been completed as we may have begun fulfillment already. But we are sometimes able to make changes to orders that have not yet been shipped. Please email us at support@zebonky.com
