The Squvannahs (skwah-vah-nahs) are grasslands named after their most important resident–the Squffalo. The Royal River flows through the Squvannahs, providing plenty of water to all the Zebonkies.

During the rainy season, the river floods and spreads nutrients across the grasslands. This makes the Squvannah’s soil perfect for growing food. After the heavy rains are over, the Squffalo spend six months gardening in the super-healthy soil.

In fact, the Squvannahs are the only place in Zebonkia where you can find the majestic  bison’tennial loosestrife. A bison’tennial loosestrife is a giant sparkling flower that takes 6 months to grow, but only blooms for one day each year. When that day arrives, the Squffalo know that the growing season is done and it's time to migrate again.
